Zed Threadz and Zed Pet Apparel

Please note, all my items are handmade in my home in which I share with my dogs, therefore items may contain traces of dog hair.

Order Terms and Conditions

I will not begin making any custom items, nor will I ship ready made items until payment has cleared. In some cases this may be up to 5 business days after payment is made.

I may cancel custom made orders at my discretion, common reasons include; incomplete orders, failure to read turn around times or other reasons. You may not be contacted prior to your order being cancelled. In the event of cancellation for incomplete orders where I have made multiple attempts to contact you, a $10 admin fee will apply. If the measurements you provide for a custom made dog coat, onesie or coatsie are incorrect and I have to request new measurements. I may charge a $10 fee for my time. 

Order Cancellation

If you would like to cancel your order, I may allow this at my discretion, but only if your order has not been packed, cut out, sewn, had custom fabric ordered or otherwise dealt with. Please note, if your request to cancel an order is accepted, the order will be refunded less a $10 administration fee.

Returns - Custom Made Items

I do not accept change of mind returns, exchanges or offer refunds for any custom made product, unless the product has a "major problem" as defined in consumer law. Please note, selecting the wrong size, or providing incorrect measurements for a made to measurement item which results in the item not fitting does not meet the definition of "major problem". If you have ordered the incorrect size or provided incorrect measurements, please contact me as it may be possible to alter the item to allow it to fit.

Returns - Ready Made Items

If you have ordered a ready to post item, I may offer exchanges or accept returns at my discretion, but only when I am contacted within 7 days of you receiving the item. In the event that an exchange is accepted, you will be responsible for postage costs of returning the item and postage costs for the new item. The new item will not be posted until I receive the initial item back in original conditions. In the event that a return is accepted, you will be responsible for return postage costs and a refund will not be provided until I receive the item back in original condition. Please note, for returns, postage costs will not be refunded, only the purchase price of the item less a $5 administration fee.
