All my items are handmade in my home in which I share with my dogs, therefore items may contain traces of dog hair.

Terms and Conditions

I will not begin making any items until payment has cleared. In some cases this may be 2 to 3 business days after payment is made.

I may also cancel orders at my discretion, common reasons include; incomplete orders, failure to read turn around times or other reasons. You may not be contacted prior to your order being cancelled. In the event of cancellation for incomplete orders where I have made multiple attempts to contact you, a $10 admin fee will apply.

Returns, refunds and exchanges

All sales are final, unless a product is faulty, I do not accept returns or offer refunds.  In certain circumstances, I may accept returns or exchanges at my discretion.

Change of Mind/Order Cancellation

If you would like to cancel your order, I may allow this at my discretion, but only if your order has not been cut out, made, had custom fabric ordered or otherwise dealt with. A $10 admin fee will apply.

I changed my mind, or my child or dog won’t wear the item?

A refund or exchange may be offered at my discretion, but only when I am contacted within 14 days of you receiving the item. Postage costs will not be refunded and return postage will be at your expense. A refund will not be provided until I have received the item back in the original condition.

My custom dress, scrub top, shirt, romper, bucket hat, dog coat or onesie doesn’t fit can I exchange it or have a refund?

All custom orders are made to the size or measurements you have provided, as a small business I cannot offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect measurements or size.

In some cases I may be able to alter the item to enable it to fit. This can be done at your expense, message or email me to discuss your options.

I accidentally melted or otherwise damaged the plastic snaps of a cloth nappy, bib, romper or dog bandanna, on the hardware on a dog coat, can it be repaired??

The cost of replacing damaged snaps is $2, of $5 for dog coat hardware, simply send the item back along with a self-addressed satchel for me to post it back in. Or if you live local, drop the item off and I will message you to arrange collection once I have replaced the snaps or coat hardware. 

I don’t like the colour of my item can I exchange it?

While I make every attempt to photograph the fabrics as accurately as possible, sometimes they might look slightly different in photographs than they do in real life. Most of my items are custom made to order, I cannot allow exchanges if the item arrives and you aren’t satisfied with the colour. 

If you have ordered a ready to post item, I may offer exchanges at my discretion, but only when I am contacted within 14 days of you receiving the item.
